South Pacific Pride Limited is a small family owned social enterprise run by Martin King and Mike Hughes.  South Pacific Pride owns and manages Pride Pledge, Winter Pride and the New Zealand Rainbow Excellence Awards.

South Pacific Pride Limited specialises in consulting, event management and training with a focus on rainbow diversity and inclusion. We use external partners, consultants and advisors to bring broader depth and expertise to our work such as George Fowler, Gender D&I Advisor and Consultant, or queer producers such as Theta Project and Harry K, to name a few who join our team for specific projects.
